Baghirovlab is an open-access publishing platform that brings real-world, field-acquired experience into the discipline of academic articles. Our focus is not to “explain theory,” but to transform lived experience into knowledge in a structured, clear, and citable format.

The content published on our platform is based on first-hand observations of professionals working in hospitality, service management, human resources, leadership, operations, guest experience, and related fields. Each article is structured with a purpose–context–finding–lesson–recommendation logic so that the reader can quickly derive value.
