Baghirovlab publishes first-hand experience acquired from the field by transforming it into a structured and clear article format.

To submit an article:

1. Please send your article in Word format (.docx) via email to: info@baghirovlab.com

2. After sending the article, also provide the following information:

• Author photo (preferably a portrait) — JPG/PNG

• Detailed information about the author, for example:

- Full name and title

- Area of expertise/department (hospitality, HR, operations, leadership, guest experience, etc.)

- City/country

- Short biography (recommended: 80–150 words)

- LinkedIn / website (optional)

Recommendation: Use the following format for the email subject line:

“Article Submission | [Full Name] | [Topic]”
